First, product principle
Water-based rust inhibitor 5060 is composed of surfactant, vapor phase corrosion inhibitor, rust inhibitor, film forming agent, etc. It is a water-based rust inhibitor with good performance. Water-based anti-rust agent 5060 has high spreading performance, relying on the anti-rust function of the surfactant molecules quickly combined with metal molecules to form protection, to avoid direct contact between metal and air oxidation reaction, so as to achieve the purpose of long-term anti-rust. There is no need to clean the product before entering the next process after treatment, which has no impact on the product size and surface finish, and does not affect the subsequent welding, paste and other properties.

3. Scope of application
1. Widely used in steel parts, metal workpieces, castings, forgings, cylinder liner, crankshaft, bearing, pump machinery manufacturing and maintenance of ferrous metal, auto and motorcycle parts and other industries between the process of rust prevention, semi-finished rust prevention and finished rust prevention.
2. Oil-free short-term rust prevention (inter-process rust prevention) for cast iron and steel parts and other rust-prone metal workpieces, suitable for all kinds of machinery and equipment of industrial production enterprises in the repair process of ferrous metal materials, short and medium term rust prevention treatment of parts.
3. Used for plating, phosphating workpiece passivation anti-rust treatment, can greatly improve the corrosion resistance of electroplating, phosphating film.

The rust prevention period is different due to the difference in environmental temperature, humidity and corrosive ingredients, usually up to 8-16 months, and the rust-prone materials of cast iron and carbon steel are more than 12 months. 5. Use steps

Note: If there is flash rust (rust begins to appear in the water drift link), you can add 2-5% water-based anti-rust agent 5060 in the drift tank.
6. Preparation and use conditions of anti-rust working fluid
The stock solution is soaked directly

Temperature: normal temperature -50℃ (generally normal temperature can be used, in order to make the workpiece dry quickly after rust, rust liquid can be heated to 40-50℃)
Soaking time: 2-3 minutes
7. Precautions
1. Under normal circumstances, the workpiece immersed in the working liquid for 2 to 3 minutes can achieve satisfactory anti-rust effect, if the use of spray (brush) coating method to deal with large and complex workpiece, should ensure that the liquid fully wet all corners of the workpiece, uneven treatment will seriously affect the anti-rust effect.
2. Before rust prevention treatment, it is necessary to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is free of oil pollutants and rust, no granular attachments, and the higher the surface finish, the better the rust prevention effect. Do not bring acidic water into the anti-rust liquid, otherwise the anti-rust liquid will fail, and the anti-rust effect is poor. The workpiece after rust removal with acid should be rinsed at least two times with flowing water to ensure that the surface of the workpiece is neutral.
3. Under normal circumstances, the concentration of anti-rust working liquid will not be reduced, but the amount should be reduced, and the stock liquid and water should be added proportionally. When the rust inhibitor is brought into the tap water or cleaning agent residue, the pollution can not effectively prevent rust, it needs to be re-slotted. It is recommended that the slot opening time be the same as that of the cleaning agent.
4. After the anti-rust liquid treatment of the workpiece, it is best to use a compressed air spray gun to blow off the surface and each dead corner of the residual water, and then dry, if the conditions are best to dry, the dried workpiece should be placed in a dry packing box, or wood as the basis of the ground.
5. Before preparing the working liquid, shake the bucket several times before pouring out the original liquid.
