The rust conversion agent TX-01 developed by Kirui is a new water-based rust remover based on metal chelation passivation technology, which can achieve four functions of rust removal, passivation, rust prevention and primer in one step. How to use:

Brush coating, spray coating, roll coating, dip coating, spraying effect is better.

Construction conditions: Relative humidity is less than 65%, it is prohibited to work in rainy weather;

Theoretical consumption: 10-20㎡/kg

Drying time: under the environment of room temperature 25℃ and humidity less than 65%, the surface dry for about 2 hours and the actual work for about 12 hours.

Actual drying time: affected by temperature, humidity and film thickness, if the temperature is low or the humidity is too large or the film is thick, the surface drying, practical drying, recoating time should be extended accordingly.

Product packaging, storage and transportation:

Plastic drum packaging: 25KG/50KG/ drum, non-dangerous goods easy to store and transport;

Storage period of two years, can not be stored in the open air, to prevent sun and rain;
